(Transformative Summer Elective Course In Dentistry: Oral Maxillofacial Surgery)

In 2019 the first edition of the Dentistry Summer School takes place in Bandung Indonesia! For two weeks, dental students and young dentists from various countries all over the world come to Bandung and visit the Universitas Padjadjaran.
During this Summer School the participants are offered a focused educational programs by observation in the oral maxillofacial surgery clinic as well as live surgery, including visiting our Cleft Centre facility. This event will be presented in the form of lectures and workshops given by some of our finest professors and dentists and also poster competition.
In addition to the interesting and challenging educational program, there is a wonderful social program in which participant may get acquainted with the West Java culture and the student life in Bandung by visiting some schools to interact with the locals.
Moreover, one of the highlight of this summer school is that the participants will be able to visit ancient cave where ancient humans were found. So what are you waiting for?

Overseas participant: USD 550 (Full package twin share accommodation)
Domestic participant: IDR 7.000.000,- (Full package)
1st-day seminar only: IDR 100.000,- for dental preclinical and clinical students; IDR 500.000,- for dentists.
Full package non-sharing room: additional USD 200 on top of the USD 550 (or additional IDR 2.500.000,- on top of the IDR 7.000.000,-)

1. Jakarta International Airport Soekarno-Hatta and then connected by 4 hours bus transfer to Bandung and a short taxi ride to the hotel 2. Bandung International Airport Husein Sastranegara (direct flights from Denpasar International Airport, Changi Singapore Airport and KLIA 2 Kuala Lumpur Malaysia) and then a short taxi ride to the hotel
